    Had a fantastic time in the Giorgio Vasari suite with the private sauna and jacuzzi, which made for a perfect relaxation spot after a long day. I also enjoyed an amazing foot massage and the soothing full body massage at the spa. Just a heads up, the sink in the main bathroom needs some instructions for proper use, but it didn't ruin our great stay! 😊

    We were there for 3 nights and felt would love to come back here some time. Thoroughly enjoyed Florence, the hotel was charming in the center. Also, location was beautiful, just 5 minutes walk from a l-shaped square. The staff was helpful and excellent in any situation😀🙂

    Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

    Couple's luxury getaway gone wrong

    The suite was amazing with amazing views, and Francesco was like some kind of concierge superhero. He reassured us about the valet situation when we arrived, and even helped us book reservations over WhatsApp, taking service to another level like I've never experienced before.

    Sure, it wasn't cheap but you expect a lot when you pay those kinds of prices.

    A true gem with fine views of the Duomo, the Machiavelli Suite offered luxurious comfort for our family. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions, and we greatly appreciated the helpful service from staff like Francesco. Dining at nearby places like Osteria dell'Oca gave us a taste of very nice cured meats and authentic local cuisine. I wish there was more seating available in the lobby.

    The sink plug in the main bathroom is a hassle. It needs to be manually pulled out to drain, which could irritate some guests. Not to mention, the windows remain sealed shut, forcing us to rely on the AC for fresh air, which can be a bit stifling. Plus, the sauna could use clear instructions for use. I had to look it up online. Lastly, when arranging airport transportation, cash was required unexpectedly despite being advised that card payments would work, leading to a bit of a last-minute scramble.
